Major development for over 180 mixed-tenure new homes on the site of an old military hospital to the north of Bournemouth. The site is now under construction with the first phases already sold or let and occupied. As the senior finance representative on the project team, Gill was heavily involved in carrying out numerous feasibility studies; negotiating with lenders to raise substantial funding required and ensured that final proposals were aligned with the organisation’s long term business plans.
